Langkah-langkah Buko pandan

  1. Masukkan agar2,gula pasir,air dan secukup nya pasta pandan aduk rata lalu didihkan.
  2. Kemudian tuang kedalam loyang cetakan..tunggu dingin lalu di potong2 sesuai selera (kalau aku potong dadu) masukkan kulkas.
  3. Lalu rebus sagu mutiara dengan air secukupnya hingga matang lalu tiriskan.
  4. Lalu tuang susu evaporasi dan skm ke wadah lalu masukkan agar2,nata de coco dan sagu mutiara.. beri sedikit pasta pandan yaa.... (resep asli pakai kerokan kelapa muda yaa..cuma krna di rmh lg gak adaa jd buat seadanya 😁).
